    Gift card questions

    No. Our transport gift cards never expire and the balance never decreases from fees or inactivity.

    They book a ride as usual, then enter the gift card code on the payment page. The balance is applied to that trip and any remainder stays on the card for a future ride.

    No. Gift cards are redeemable only toward Heart2Heart non-emergency medical transport services and are not redeemable for cash.

    The recipient receives their gift card by email within a minute of your payment being confirmed. You get a confirmation receipt at the same time.
