Concierge Medical Transportation for Practices & Care Managers in Atlanta

Heart2Heart maintains house accounts for concierge physician practices, private care managers, luxury senior communities, and family offices: priority dispatch, consolidated monthly invoicing, and one number that reaches dispatch directly. Call 678-696-1583.

    Speak with us directly

Private Client service begins with a conversation, not a form. Call the priority line and we will design the schedule around your family.

Transport is the part of the plan that fails first

If you manage care for private clients, you already know the pattern. The plan is sound, the specialists are lined up, the family is briefed — and then the ride does not show. You spend the morning on the phone with a dispatcher who cannot tell you where the vehicle is, and your client's confidence in the whole arrangement takes the damage.

A house account exists to remove that variable. You get a standing relationship with a provider who knows your clients, holds their recurring schedules, and answers the phone as a known account rather than a first-time caller. When a discharge date moves at four in the afternoon, that difference is the entire job.

    Who we hold accounts for

    • Concierge and direct-primary-care physician practices coordinating appointments for members who no longer drive.
    • Private care managers and geriatric care managers running multiple client schedules at once.
    • Luxury senior living communities whose concierge desk arranges resident appointments.
    • Family offices and professional fiduciaries who need clean, consolidated statements for the estates they administer.
    • Home health and private duty agencies that need a stretcher-capable partner for clients their vehicles cannot serve.

    What a house account includes

    • Priority dispatch: account trips are placed ahead of the general queue, including same-day discharge requests wherever capacity allows.
    • Consolidated monthly invoicing — one statement covering all client trips, with the detail your bookkeeping or the family's fiduciary needs. No per-trip payment screens and no collecting a card from an elderly client.
    • Named point of contact at dispatch, reachable at 678-696-1583, who knows your accounts rather than reading a case cold.
    • Standing schedules held on our calendar: recurring infusion, dialysis, oncology, and physical therapy trips booked once.
    • Same-crew continuity for your clients wherever staffing allows, which materially reduces the friction of a first ride for a resistant or cognitively impaired client.
    • Full capability range under one vendor: ambulatory assistance, wheelchair, and stretcher, including long-distance relocation, so a change in a client's condition does not send you back out to procure.
    • Discretion as policy. Crews are briefed on presentation at private residences and communities, and we do not discuss clients.

How we work with your team

Bookings can come from you, from the family, or from both — you decide who is authorized on the account and who receives trip notifications. Most care managers want to book and to be notified, with the family copied on the arrival message. Communities usually route everything through the concierge desk.

We will coordinate directly with clinic schedulers, discharge planners, and facility staff at either end of the trip so that your client is not the one relaying information. And when something goes sideways — a clinic running two hours behind, a discharge that becomes an admission — you get a call from us rather than finding out later.

    Terms, plainly

House account transport is private pay, invoiced directly to the account or to the responsible party you designate. Heart2Heart bills insurance for medically necessary transports such as dialysis, wound care and emergency-department related trips. Coverage depends on the patient's plan and is never guaranteed, and we do not bill Medicaid. We do not accept Medicaid under any circumstances, and we would rather you know that before you refer a client than after.

We are non-emergency transport. For anything acute, your client should be routed to 911.

    Opening an account

Call 678-696-1583 and ask for Private Client, or send the inquiry form on our Private Client page — it takes about a minute and asks only for your role, contact details, and what you need. Please do not include patient health information in the form; we will take the clinical detail by phone.

Setup is a short call: your typical trip volume and geography, who is authorized to book, how you want to be invoiced, and where notifications should go. Most accounts are running the same week.

    Frequently asked questions

A house account is a standing billing and dispatch relationship: your clients' trips are placed on priority dispatch and consolidated onto one monthly invoice rather than paid per trip. There is no charge to open one — you are quoted on the transport itself. Call 678-696-1583 to set one up.

Yes. You designate the responsible party on the account. We commonly invoice a family office, a professional fiduciary, or an adult child directly while the care manager remains the booking contact and point of coordination.

Account trips go ahead of the general queue and we accommodate same-day discharge requests wherever capacity allows. Call 678-696-1583 as soon as the discharge looks likely rather than when it is confirmed — an early heads-up is usually what makes a same-day pickup possible.

Yes. Stretcher transport is our specialty, including long-distance relocations across Georgia and out of state, so a change in a client's mobility does not require you to source a second vendor.

If you authorize them, yes. Communities typically route bookings through the concierge desk while allowing families to call the priority line directly for changes. You set the rules when the account is opened.

Heart2Heart Medical Transport does not accept Medicaid under any circumstances.
