Luxury Medical Transportation in Atlanta
Luxury medical transportation is ordinary medical transport with the uncertainty removed: the same vetted crew each time, a schedule held for you, door-through-door assistance, and a monthly invoice instead of a payment screen. Call 678-696-1583 for a private quote.

Private Client service begins with a conversation, not a form. Call the priority line and we will design the schedule around your family.
What families are actually buying
Nobody sets out to shop for luxury medical transportation. They arrive at it after a bad experience — a van that came ninety minutes late, a driver who had never met their father, a phone number that routed to a broker three states away who could not say where the vehicle was. What they are looking for afterward is not leather seats. It is certainty.
Private Client service is built around that. The trip is assigned to a specific crew, not to whoever is free. The pickup window is a time, not a range. If your mother's appointment runs long, the crew waits — they are not staged to leave for another job the moment the clock turns over. And when something changes, you speak to a person who already knows the case rather than explaining the whole history again.
The vehicles are clean, current, and outfitted for wheelchair or stretcher transport, and the crews are trained to move a frail person carefully. That part we consider table stakes. The part clients tell us they are paying for is that they stop having to manage it.
The standards that come with the tier
- Same-crew continuity: once a family is established, we keep the same attendants on the schedule wherever staffing allows, so your parent is greeted by name.
- Door-through-door with full assistance — the crew comes to the door, assists through the home, into the vehicle, and all the way to the clinic desk. Not curb to curb.
- Standing schedules held on the calendar: weekly infusion, twice-monthly cardiology, whatever the rhythm of care is.
- A priority line at 678-696-1583 that reaches dispatch directly rather than a general queue.
- Discretion as policy: crews are briefed to be unobtrusive at the residence and at the destination, and we do not discuss clients.
- A companion is always welcome to ride at no additional charge — one seat is standard on every trip.
- Monthly direct invoicing for established accounts. No card readers in the driveway and no payment link to forward to your sibling.
How the relationship starts
The first call is a conversation, not an intake form. We ask what the care schedule looks like, who else is involved in coordinating it, how your loved one transfers, and whether the trips ahead are routine appointments or something larger like a relocation. From that we quote the work directly.
There is no online estimator on these pages on purpose. A calculator prices a trip; it cannot price a standing arrangement, an unpredictable discharge date, or the two-attendant stretcher move to a facility four hours away. Those are quoted by a human who will also be the one accountable for them.
Once an arrangement is in place, booking is a text or a call. Established Private Client accounts and professional house accounts are invoiced monthly, which is generally what families managing care from out of state, care managers billing through to their clients, and fiduciaries reconciling statements prefer.
What this tier is not
It is not emergency service. If someone is in distress, call 911 — we will happily take the trip home afterward.
It is also not an insurance product. Heart2Heart bills insurance for medically necessary transports such as dialysis, wound care and emergency-department related trips. Coverage depends on the patient's plan and is never guaranteed, and we do not bill Medicaid. We do not accept Medicaid under any circumstances. Private Client transport is private pay, billed by invoice, and we would rather say so plainly at the start than surprise anyone later.

Private Client work is quoted by conversation and billed by direct invoice. Reach the priority line and tell us what you need arranged.
Heart2Heart Medical Transport does not accept Medicaid under any circumstances. Dialysis is the only trip type billed to insurance (commercial, Medicare, or a qualifying Medicare Advantage plan), and prior authorization must be on file before the trip. All other transports are private pay. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
